  22. A year on and I just bought a key (affiliate link still works) but unfortunately trying to upgrade from win 11 home results in a message saying the key is not valid. It could be that the key is only valid for a clean install but that's not a route I want to take Having just recently don a clean install and spent an age digging out all my serials and registration info for my software.

  29. hi there. i have a win 10 pro licance key that i bought. the win 10 is digetal edition so they send me the link to download the win 10 pro and gave me the lc key. i have not installed it to any pc up to date. ( win 10 is now on my usb) i have win 11 home basic on my laptop. can i use that win 10 pro lc key to upgrade my win 11 home to pro? if so how would i go about that. thank you..

  33. @Mike , used your link to purchase a Windows 10 Pro (retail) key, working well so far! Only have one question – when I review my 'activation settings' i get the following text: 'Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account' – however, when I first installed Windows on my new PC, I deliberately did so without internet so I could always log in with a local account, so what 'Microsoft account' would the digital license be attached to in my case?
