According to the latest documents of foreign telecommunications certification bodies, Samsung’s brand new wireless headsets were exposed. It is rumored that they will be the flagship models aimed at AirPods Pro, with active noise reduction technology.
On the Indonesian SDPPI certification website, Samsung registered a wireless Bluetooth headset code-named “SM-R190”. The document confirmed that the name would be “Galaxy Buds Pro”. Foreign media “SamMobile” broke the news and pointed out that the headset will debut with the next-generation flagship Galaxy S21 (tentative name). The appearance is similar to Galaxy Buds/Buds+, and the details and environmental sound functions will be upgraded. The biggest highlight is the use of active noise reduction. .
“SamMobile” emphasizes that Galaxy Buds Pro is completely different from the Galaxy Buds Live nicknamed “Beans”. It has a better active noise reduction experience. The former fails to completely close the ears due to the main wearing comfort. The noise function is not obvious in the actual test. The new Galaxy Buds Pro will be a higher-end product that allows Samsung users to bring a product experience similar to AirPods Pro.
Galaxy Buds Pro is expected to be officially released in January, and the official specifications and price are still to be further confirmed by Samsung.
