Installing AMD 2950X Threadripper CPU

In this video we install the AMD Ryzen 2950X threadripper CPU on the ASRock X399 Professional Gaming Fatal1ty Motherboard. Luckily, this board came with the Lotes socket and not the Foxconn socket (which is known to be flimsy) so it was as pretty cut and dry process. The impressive thing is just how big this thing is. The screw loosening and tighten order is printed on the motherboard CPU socket. Also the threadripper CPU comes with a little Torx Torque wrench that clicks when you hit the proper toque value for each socket screw. You can’t be too precise when dealing with thousands of dollars worth of sensitive electronics.
