Below are the 3.1.2 firmware files that you will be pointing in Redsnow 0.9.4. (Recap, you will be having 3.1.3 firmware in your IPhone 2g or 3g and ipod touch 1 & 2nd gen, but you will be pointing 3.1.2 firmware in Redsnow 0.9.4 to Jailbreak and Unlock)

IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAVE AN IPHONE 2G OR IPHONE 3G USING AN UN-OFFICIAL SIM CARD (or No Sim Card at all) THEN AFTER UPDATING YOUR IPHONE FROM ITUNES , YOU WILL SEE ITUNES LOGO AND USB LOGO ON YOUR IPHONE SCREEN. DO NOT PANIC. AT THIS POINT SIMPLY CLOSE ITUNES AND RUN REDSNOW 0.9.4. THIS WILL HACKTIVATE YOUR IPHONE 2G OR 3G AND OPEN IN NORMAL MODE. VOILA.
You don’t need the firmware files that you see Below because you can officially update your iPhone 2g using iTunes, but if someone wishes to have and save them then you are free to have them here:
