Nvidia in a surprise turn of events decided to “unlaunch” the RTX 4080 12GB stating while it’s a great card its not named right and having 2 4080 variants is confusing. After receiving a lot of backlash and criticism from the PC hardware and gaming community this was the right thing to do. However we also can’t forget about the RTX 4080 16GB which isn’t a great card either and is definitely not positioned right.
