1st time having a Apple Watch . Trying to decide between the SE 2 (would only be paying $15 a month ) or the Series 8 ( about $35) both cellular the only reason I'm not 100% for SE is no keyboard 😩 . I don't care for all the extra health . I'll be using it for the basics lol. What would you recommend?
Is the S8 41 mm screen too small?
I personally do not care for the always on display lol its not like I could look at the time at any other angle than flipping my wrist and checking the time like you would do a regular digital watch. Also, I would rather have the display off while not using as it is discreet. Ordered my SE 2 yesterday I cant wait to receive it.

The series 8 charges faster because in the series 8 and ultra they give a fast charging cable and in the se2 they give a normal cable
I briefly tried an Apple Watch when it was new (maybe 2nd gen not sure) and the display being off all the time unless you flipped your wrist or something drove me nuts.
Do you recommend getting it before the September release? Will there be a price drop/reduction after the release? Planning to get an SE 2 and it’s getting tough for me to wait. Lol

I bought the SE2 this past weekend for $250… but Amazon Prime Days has the Series 8 for $279 right now so no brainer – I'm returning the SE2 for the Series 8.

The only reason why I didn’t get the SE is because it doesn’t have the AOD. I hope the 3rd generation SE has the AOD because that’s such a game changer for people who want… a watch. However I love my 8 and it’s one of the better purchases I’ve made.
Thanks to binge watching so many videos I bought the Series 8. I needed the 45mm screen for my aging eyes and since the battery life is poor I wanted fast charging.

Definitely SE2 is the most practical device. Aside from its new chip processor most of its applications are very useful for everyday routine. The size of its screen is much larger than the first version of apple watch and for sure it will last for years since apple watch is the most trusted smartwatch in this competition.
3:14 1mm is a lot you know. i think that an extra 1mm is very noticable and boosts confidence.

I’m still using the first Apple Watch 😅 but it dies so quick after 5 hours of wearing it , I want the 8 for the keyboard to text on but sheesh that’s to much $! Se 2 it is ◡̈ thanks for the info!
