  1. The guy with the white, heavily-linted shirt, is like a goofy translator, but just says the same thing the other guy did (like this 5:28)…but has the stoic demeanor and looks deep into the camera. Creeps me out.

  2. You want a solution for grid view?? Color coordinate your apps! Especially if you do it on your phone too, your brain will connect what color an app is so it is easy to find! On my phone I have all my apps color coordinated AND alphabetical! 😉 OCD for sure but it works so well!

  3. I'm not a fan or the app view by list because there are so many to scroll through. (I wish I could delete some apps that cannot be deleted). So, I found a way to simplify the grid view. I simply moved all of the apps I use most, to the center of the grid. That way, once I open the app view, the one's I want are right there without hunting for them on the screen. The only apps I use most that are not already in my watch face complications are, Pillow, Timer, ECG, O2, Fitness, Music, Find My and a couple odd favorites. Of course, you need to memorized the icon for those favorite apps..

  4. I like grid view. I arrange a few favorites to the top. Very easy and fast to use this way. One app I use is zero. In list mode very annoying to scroll to the last app in the list.

  5. Grid view is for visual people, alphabetical is for finding.

Grid view is for the fastest access to apps once you know where they are. Moving them around helps, I can open any app on my 38mm Apple Watch in grid view in 0.5 seconds.

Alphabetical requires scrolling through all the apps, fast as it is, till you find the alphanumeric value of the app you want.

  6. Lmao when he said “let’s talk about joining hotspots” he grilled the white dude haha “we recommend selecting never!” looked at him again. I guess the white dude always killed his hotspot 😂

  7. Always on is not available on my SE version watch. You should mention this in your video. I spent half an hour looking for this until another search said this is not on my version of the watch.

  8. 70 sec is because if you want to track 60 seconds on the watch in chronograph mode. Very important for logarithmic units count! So you have an addtional 10 sec till you finally track. Its for aviators or ship captains.

  9. I've been using my Apple watch for several years so I was skeptical that I was gonna learn anything new, but just in case I watched and did learn some great tips! Thanks you guys know your stuff and present it well! As far as app display, I like honeycomb and my solution is to group the apps that I use most in a center cluster, but not corresponding to the apps I keep in the doc. This gives me quick access to two different set of frequently used apps.

  10. im kind of surprised you guys recommended turning wake on wrist raise on instead of off. its a bigger battery drainer than the always on display in all testing.
