Now that the Series 8 has been released, the Series 7 Stainless models are in the refurb store at some great prices. I'm so tempted to finally upgrade from my Series 3 Stainless to one of those refurb 7s. My S3 still looks brand new so I can definitely vouch for the durability of the stainless steel models.

Yes, Apple Watch needs a lot of redesign specially on it scribble recognition. The worst. And you cannot even complaint. Apple is blocking it.
No new update on there sorry Digital Crown not last. Light dust and sweat kill thus watch after a year. Why not do away with Digital Crown.
I had 2 apple watches before this one series 3 and series 5 and upgraded to my series 7 2 months ago and am loving it. I can see so much better on it and am trying to use all the perks that it came with. It’s so much more than a watch to me.
It was totally worth it!… But I didn’t have an Apple Watch yet… And I got the 45mm for $269 on sale, Because the guy at Costco said they couldn’t sell the ugly green ones very well, And it’s close to September.

I’ve currently have an S5. Had it for a pretty long time now. Have a case on it. Rhinoshield. It keeps the Watch looking brand new. Would case up the s7 so think I’d lose the coolness of the edge. Long story short…think I might just stay with the 5.
I ended up getting two SEs today from Verizon for $99 each. And with my military acct the data plan is under $5 per month. This is my first Apple Watch I always used a Fossil watch. I’m looking forward to going to the gym without having to lug around my phone. I appreciate you explaining the differences because for what I’ll be using it for I think this is the best option for me 🙂

I definitely don’t like the fact that the watch has an always on display. It just drains battery fast and even with the battery being upgraded, I’d rather wait to upgrade to a watch that lasts days after a full change. Why is that? Well the answer is clear. For such a watch with a battery life like this, not having good battery health is a terrible problem, especially when charging. This also reminds me that since the time I had a series four, having darker backgrounds and Bluetooth/cellular off could reduce battery drainage as well. Charging itself is an issue. When charging on what the device is meant to be changed on, excess heat is made increasing the reduction of battery health too.
