  5. this may be a dumb question… but how do you know if the raid is actually being used on the data you are processing? are you suppose to open it from the raid you created? like drag the files onto that new disk?

  6. No videos on how to fix a raid. I started in recovery raid 1. I cannot tell what drive is having errors. When I check each disk it shows no error but when I run DU on the raid I get an error. Then in recovery it ask me what disk I want to add to recovery and tells me all data will be erased. I dont have a backup hence the whole reason for raid.

  9. Not sure if you’re able to help, but I currently have a 24TB G-RAID 2 Hard Drive. I want to use it as a RAID 1 but when I click on the disk within the Disk Utility the ‘Next’ option is greyed out and unable to move to the next stage

  13. yo what about doing this with my two SSD's? I have a Raid 0 right now on my 2012 but I need to update my iOS, and it says it's not compatible with my RAID 0… I don't mind splitting my SSD's, but honestly I love the speed I have, and don't have reason for two separate drives.
