It really is beautiful inside Apple’s walls.
Apple’s hardware, software and services work so harmoniously that it’s often called a “walled garden.” The idea is central to recent antitrust scrutiny and the Epic vs. Apple case. WSJ’s Joanna Stern went to a real walled garden to explain it all. Photo illustration: Adele Morgan / The Wall Street Journal

While she questions about Apple's business practices but didn't mentioned how bad their competitors have been doing. RCS message afaik google brought out back 2013 – 2014, then what? Nothing! Until recent year google start forcing install google message on every Android phone, then sits doing nothing for another couple years, then google accuse Apple's iMessage? Obviously google itself wasted so many years while apple has been just doing one thing.

Garden of Eden (Macintosh/Apple) or Walls of Macintosh.
When Apple Car comes to market, suddenly Apple device owners driving Tesla and other auto brands would switch to the Apple Car.
I've never gotten myself fully into Apple's ecosystem. Every single phone that I've had (except for my LG Rumor and Palm Centro) was a Samsung. And I've got a Samsung smartwatch and Galaxy Buds to go with my phone. I love that my phone gives me control over appliances such as the Samsung washer and dryer. I can also use it to control my color changing lightbulb and connect to the ring cameras. I do however have a MacBook and iPad and I use Samsung Dex to transfer files between my phone and Mac. While there are so many apps out there that can't be found in the App Store, there are also apps that you can only find in the app store and nowhere else. Having both an iPad and a Samsung phone gives me access to all kinds of apps and games. Also air play can screen mirror to a Samsung TV. I store data in Google Drive, and listen to YouTube music and can access those from my Mac and iPad.
What’s The song called that plays in the start of the video?
