I had a series 3 for all of 2021. I recently lost it and upgraded to the series 4. I work out every day, and the apple watch was incredible for me. It still holds up well. They’re both great.

I got a s3 in 2020 And tbh the s3 is about 85% of these newer watches
that’s was so easy to understand unlike all the other videos I’ve watched and it was only 5 min

The series 3 is definitely a better purchase when you compare price to spec. However the screen on the series 4 does give that extra bit of visibility which can make you want that series 4 style due to most phones today being bezeless
Completely agree with what you’ve just said…..I’ve just brought a s3 for £199/$199 it’s fine for what I want, with iOS watch 6 it looks good and does most of the same things…! If you want to pay another £250/$250 for s4/5 take your Vasoline to the Apple store…! 😂
