To turn off requests for app reviews within an app, first go to the "Settings" app on your iPhone and select the "iTunes & App Store" menu item. Then you turn the lever on "Ratings in Apps" so that it appears in white instead of green. Already the annoying evaluation requests are deactivated and you will no longer be asked in apps to submit an app rating.
