What model name corresponds to the product identifier of iPad?
For the iPhone 12 series and Apple TV 4K, the model name is listed in addition to the product identifier, making it easy to confirm.

Only new iPads that support this product identifier are expected to differ significantly from other iPad models.
From this, there is a comment that (*1) iPad is iPad Air 4 (tentative name), other (*2) and (*3) are iPad (2020) and new iPad mini 6.
Product identifier and model name (numbering) do not always match

Apple product identifier
The product identifiers of iPhone are iPhone3GS “iPhone2,1”, iPhone4 “iPhone3,1”, iPhone6s Plus “iPhone7,1”, and the first iPhone SE “iPhone8,4”. “And the first number in the product identifier does not seem to match.
