  3. hey Max i'm thinking about finally jumping in M processor . i know this review is year old but is macbookpro M1 Max with 32 gigs and 1tb drive worth $1600? or should i just buy m2 how does this look today?

  4. At this point in my career I find the lack of fans needing to kick up is a big plus. I would like to see a focus on reducing clock speeds a bit and getting these laptops to really run as LAPtops.

  6. I can confirm if you buy a higher storage m2 MacBook the speeds are much faster. I have a m2 max with 64gb ram and 2tb ssd. My read speed is 6515mb/s and write 5350mb/s

    1) Macbook pro m2 pro 14 inches with 10 core CPU, 16 core GPU, 16gb RAM and 512gb SSD

    2) Macbook pro m1 pro 16 inches with 10 core CPU, 16 core GPU, 16gb RAM and 1TB SSD

    Should I go for the latest chip in the

    market or a previous version that gives me better speakers, battery, screen and double storage?

  14. great neutral demonstration of the classic thesis: "The whole is more than the sum of its parts" .. focusing on singular aspects like Apple did in its marketing Blabla actually is misleading .. so we can calmly await the m3 models and do our hobbies or jobs on the first gen models. 👍👍👍

  15. Is there an option to have TWO ssd chips on the M2? If for example you upgraded? And would that double the ssd speed? It would be very helpful if you could compare maxed out versions of M1 and M2 MacBooks…

  17. I can get a M1 Pro base model brand new for $999…..not sure if i should jump on it….looking to use it to stream my dj set using OBS. It’s either the pro or the M2 air….trying to figure out which to get…. I’m only gonna use it for OBS.

  18. I really like the MBP M2 as MBP M1 is more expensive than M2 (Philippines) that boggles my mind since M2 is newer. I started to research before jumping into it. I’m so torn, I’ll be using this for heavy purposes but can’t afford the steep price of MBP M1.
