  4. I'm aiming to purchase the MacBook Pro M1 2020 for editing, but adding a MacBook Air as another upgrade to my setup for graphics and other work would also be a great move.

  6. I’m really interested in 3 Apple products.
    I’d love to get my wife MacBook Air because she’s running an ancient MacBook Pro that’s really on its last leg.
    The M3 Nac Studio fascinates me. I have an M1 Max Mac Studio that rocks, so I probably won’t upgrade. However, I love seeing innovation.
    Lastly, I’d like to try out a Vision Pro. I’m legally blind, and I think it could potentially be very helpful as a giant virtual monitor. Just a bit too pricey with this first version.

  11. I've been waiting for the M3 Ultra to buy a Mac Studio and 4 Studio Displays. I'm not going to buy one with the M2, because dropping that kind of coin on a new computer, I'm going to expect it to last at least 7 years or so. If you buy it with the M2, you'd get dropped from support at least a year earlier, and probably 2 years. I'm a developer and need to be able to get updates.

    The technology/Apple product I plan to get this year is the Macintosh (Color Classic II). I have actually wanted to add a retro computer next to my workstation at home, and I also have some old floppy disks that I want to look into. I am a huge sucker for old vintage tech, especially when it has an era-defining heritage behind it.

I am ultimately looking to replace my equipment with preferably a M3 Mac Studio but I will settle for a 15-inch MacBook Air if finances are a problem especially as I also would like to replace my iPad Pro and upgrade my iPhone SE 2 to the iPhone 15 128 GB model.

  35. I've just started a new production company on a shoestring budget. Been in the film & tv business for a long time but am now set to produce my own content. I would love to get the Mac Studio M3 (if I can afford it) that will hopefully be adequate for Unreal Engine 5.4+. But I also need a new laptop for business, script writing/editing, etc. My current MacBook has had a great run but is 12 years old 😱 I stay loyal to Apple. My father got us on Apple products when I was a kid in the early to mid 80's. We had the Apple IIe desktop to start. OLD SCHOOL. LOL

  38. I have a M1 Mac Studio that I love, I plan on upgrading to a new M3 Mac Studio when available. I would also like to get a MacBook Air to use for writing. I have been working on my first novel and I would like the option to write while out away from home. Great content, always enjoy.

  40. My imac 27 cant handle livestreaming. I need that Studio but its so expensive tho, especially for a product you cant ever upgrade the internal parts when they become outdated. Im definitely second guessing buying Mac moving forward. FCP is whats making the decision difficult cause I only edit on FCP. Plus, Im concerned with the lack of HDMI ports and using the lower gen tech. But I really want it regardless 🤣😭
