1. All these power and spec upgrades and making the magic keyboard and iPad itself look more like a macbook don’t matter, cause it’s still using iPad OS. I love my 11 inch M2 iPad Pro, but there is absolutely nothing that fully utilizes all the power it has. Apple should give the iPad pros a more mac like operating system, and support for most mac desktop apps, because until then the iPads are still basically just oversized iPhones.

3. Release date clue, Costco Canada has a rare promo on IPad Promo from Mar 13 to Mar 26 , 2024. So we could anticipate a release of the new models or event shortly after is my guess. Rarely seen a promo running mid week to mid week. Something is up

10. I’m still more than happy with my 12.9 inch M1 iPad Pro. No need to upgrade unless the new ones have a completely revamped software or new OS that the M1 nor M2 can’t have.

13. A. Latch on an iPad is a deal breaker for me. It’s an eye sore, completely unnecessary and spoils an otherwise beautiful full screen display. Don’t be stupid Apple.

15. So cost is expected to be much lower than the previously rumored. The start price of $1500 for the 11in iPad Pro and $2000 for the 13.1 iPad Pro is not accurate at all lol. The new reports are saying a $160-$200 price bump across the lineup which is significantly less than what was previously rumored. Which at best makes a lot of sense. At any rate, I’m taking everything with a grain of salt until it’s released 🤞🏾

19. I’ve been waiting for a larger than 13” iPad for YEARS! Why won’t Apple do this? And if indeed those are the new prices, then I’m out. No way I’ll ever pay that much for an iPad. OLED, SchmoLED… mini LED is more than fine. They expect we’ll pay 40 or 50% more for some slightly better blacks? That’s insane. This will be a strategic disaster.

20. I have a 14” M2 MacBook Pro and an IPad Mini 6 that together meet all my business needs. Honestly, with those prices I can’t see me ever getting a new IPad Pro.

21. I sincerely hope that they do NOT put a notch in the iPad. It is NOT a phone or laptop. I use my iPad Pro as a music document reader on stage in portrait position. I don’t want a notch at the side of my screen. The notch might make sense on a phone or laptop, but not a tablet meant to be used in both orientations.

22. Watch. The new models will have a high price but no charger, pen , case ,screen protector. You have to pay even more for that. Budget companies like Xiomi and Aocwei are stealing Apple 's lunch and eating it too.

23. I hope they might be considering releasing a larger screen iPad Air. Kind of like what they've done with the MacBook recently for those of us who want the largest screen without all of the accompanying expensive hardware.

24. Apple normally has the best hardware specs. I hope the new version of iPad OS will remove the throttles that limit the functions of the great hardware.

36. 🐬 made it! Lol no that’s was a very interesting vid. I’d much rather have the aluminum back and sturdiness than the reverse/wireless charging. At a rumoured $1700 I can plug in to charge if that iPad doesn’t break! Speaking of that price that would be a possible deal breaker for me. I’d go with the 2022 iPad Pro to save some cash there.

37. Was in the market for an iPad. I don’t mind the high price as long as there is more of a Mac OS when connected to keyboard so I can just use this instead of my MacBook that needs replacing

41. 16 Pro’s screen size stayed the same. The overall “footprint” shrank.. resulting in slimmer bezel.

45. it'll take a massive hardware refurbished and possibly a bigger screen for me to upgrade from my 2021 M1 ipad pro which is still my daily driver and professional computer 🙏🏽👍🏽

46. No notch! No reason, the bezels are small enough now. Any smaller and the iPad Pro will become harder to hold without activating the touch screen.

    With faces longer in the vertical, having the camera at the top in portrait mode allows faces to appear larger, and lessens extraneous background detail. However, it would indeed be great to ALSO have a camera in the top bezel in landscape mode. I wonder how much higher the price would be with both.

    I would absolutely love a 14” (or larger screen, yes please), and if by using a Magic Keyboard it would enable MacOS on the IPad Pro, I would pay a lot more to have one device that provides that dual user interface and software functionality.

47. Meh! I still want a larger screen 14-16" and a better OS than a tweaked phone OS…Still not a pro device… Just marketing BS for an overpriced consumer tablet for most…

48. I don't think they give 0.1 inch more screen estate to please us, they just want to sell you a new Magic Keyboard again. I had Apple products since start but I'm starting to look at the competition.
