  1. Very interesting video. Thanks for that!! I have one question regarding ambient sounds in scenes. I have created a scene that will play the rain sound if my rain sensor detects rain and my windows are open. My problem is that it keeps on playing even when the windows are shut. How can I add a duration to the ambient sounds so it stops after 30 seconds?
Thanks for your help! Really appreciate your videos. Super helpful for me as a HomeKit beginner.

  2. Does anyone else here have issues with youtube playing audio to their homepods? Im also having issues with asking Siri to play music from Apple Music. It searches my library for songs but not Apple Music

  3. Yet another woeful software update, they just get worse.. so
Many bugs, it’s embarrassing, have to reset and reinstall every release and they still don’t work as well as they did when they came out.

  4. Any chance Apple allows the HomePod not to appear as a speaker when I get iPhone calls? Annoying when I want to use the iPhone speaker and have to quickly select past 5 homepods

  5. Any chance they added a way to turn off the notification that shows up on every iPhone lock screen in the house, even guests that come over, that shows currently playing music on the HomePod. Great if I am choosing the music but annoying if I'm a guest.

  6. I love the new updates. Now just imagine if apple Updated the HomePod mini and made the cable removable and created a battery that plugged into the HomePod mini for portability.

  7. currently updating my iPhone and iPad to take advantage of the temp settings, it will be interesting to see because I've always felt my apartment thermostat doesn't read correctly. This also makes me want to get another HomePod mini or 2 so I can use the ambient sounds for stuff because right now I think it'd more annoy the rest of the family since we're not all on the same schedule lol.
