1. The tax credits lower your taxable income…most folks won’t get 1:1 tax return equivalent to the credit because the EV tax credit is non-refundable

2. You should remind your viewers that the seventy five hundred credit is actually not a credit. It is only a credit against liability if you don't owe seventy five hundred you don't a check from IRS😢

4. Please explain to everyone that the federal tax credit is not refundable. All it does is reduce a person's tax. It does not give out free money. Some people do not have a tax bill at the end of the year and they will not get any EV tax credit at all. Moreover, if a person owes $2,000 in federal tax, the EV tax credit will reduce that tax to $0 and that's it. They are misleading in the marketing and a lot of people will be very upset come tax time and they do not get an extra $7,500 refund that Tesla and every other manufacturer is making them believe.

5. Why ppl count the tax credit on the final MSRP? It’s not a rebate. I myself wouldn’t get dime of that because of the tax bracket I fall into I don’t ow taxes when I file.

8. I live in Wisconsin. The laws here are not welcoming for Tesla & other EVs. An old State law bans Auto manufacturers from owning a car dealership. In Wisconsin Tesla has showrooms but no dealerships. When I picked up my Model 3 Long Range I had to pick up the vehicle up at an Illinois dealership. My other choice was to drive to Minnesota.
   There are no State incentives to purchasing any EV. While I charge at home I can note there seems to be fewer Supercharges in Wisconsin than in other States. There seems to be yet another arcane law that impacts charging stations….sigh.

11. Lets remember that Tesla Model S is a vehicle developed from 2010ish
    Using engineering and concepts from back then, to receive new tech as time went by.
    But the vehicle itself, the chassis is a 2010 era (before the car was officially sold)
    Imagine the Taycan is a sedan built by a performance and racing oriented brand with A LOT of on track experience at the highest competition level, and the Taycan is built with all that knowhow.
    Even being close to it, let alone beat it, shows that the electric tech from Tesla is far superior to Porsche electric tech. And Porsche has been successfully running race car hybrids for a long time and have the knowhow to do it.
    Amazingly, the guys from Lucid came up with an even more innovative new electric motor for cars that beats anything previously.

16. Regards the low state of charge I can confirm my new model 3 had 27% on pick on May 22nd ! The 150km was promised in a few days but in the way home I charge at a supercharger and got the 150km there and then . No delay

18. I picked up a new Model Y two days ago and the battery pack was charged to 90%. It's a good thing, too, because I had a 170-mile drive home.

19. 🎓 Raising prices of the refreshed 3 is the smartest move, those who want the new/fresh look are more than willing to pay extra $$. It’s likely that Tesla will not be able to keep up with demand for many months, then they can reduce the price to spike demand.

21. A very downmarket brand. The dollar store version of the car industry. They should retail at 999 dollars. The looks of a 1970’s Toyota and reliability and desirability of a Russian Lada.

22. Elon buried us so underwater with the price drops. I’m stuck with my model S plaid. No way, I’m selling at a loss. I suppose there are worse cars to be stuck with though.

23. FYI, Vermont has no EV credit or incentive. Not for a long time actually.
