2. Unfortunately, I happen to be in that niche situation. AMD is not a good option for me because I need CUDA cores for some neural network experiments, and also AMD's GPU down-scaling is messed up, which is important for me as a visually handicapped programmer. So I have to stick to Nvidia. I don't quite need a high-end GPU, being more of a tinkerer than a gamer. I'm still on GTX 960. I did not get 1060 because 960 was "good enough" for me at that time. I almost considered 2060, but then some other stuff happened in my life and then 3060 came with the insane crypto craze, so I wanted to wait it over. And now we have this stupid situation with 4060. Definitely, I don't want to buy an 8GB card, knowing that I upgrade rarely, so I would like something more future-proof. 16GB is so tempting but the price of 4060 Ti 16GB is just stupid, 520 EUR. Maybe I should buy a 3060 12GB. But frame gen and CUDA cores of 4060 are a really tempting factor. So maybe I should wait a bit for the rumored SUPER with the hope that 4060 Ti 16GB will get cheaper or if SUPER will offer more for the same price.

3. For Ai stuff it's a beast and that's what Nvidia had in mind. A card for Ai enthusiasts, not everything is about you gamers!

4. Why people is so negative about this gpu I don't understand its have big prize but in games it's really good iven 1440p 70fps max setting all games I say its good gpu but have big prize 4060ti 8gp was way worst and shitiest gpu I ever seen was rtx 4060

8. You always buy a gpu for tomorow never for days that gone. No card with 8gb is on the table right now . +30% bonus for nvidia for Adobe and Blender3D due cuda and RT,RTX , Remeber 16gb will min with AI use. So if you go for games only buy rt like 6800 or nvidia for apps

9. Well hey, if you're a data scientist major wishing to build a 'budget' PC with a decent hardware for deep learning and AI workloads, that 16 GB RTX 4060 TI is a steal! Before, our only option was the 12 GB RTX 3060, which was an okay card, but that 16 GB will surely open other possibilities for bigger and more complex model, with enough CUDA cores .

You guys are very short sighted, the moment this card was announced I knew it would be my next upgrade, it has everything I want in a card: good performance, a lot of memory, and above all energy efficiency. This will very likely be my next upgrade 5 or 6 years from now when I can find it for 100€

12. Great card but bad price. Should be around $400. 4060 ti is basically a 3070 with twice the vram and dlss3 support. 15 percent faster than a 3060ti , and you have no worries about vram limitations for the next 5 years or so. I own both, a 3060 ti and the 4060 ti 16 vram version, and I really like the 4060 ti 16 gig card. Saying "The RTX 4060 TI 16 GB IS THE WORST GPU EVER MADE!! " shows he is an idiot. People should stop making such stupid statement. Make a more factual statement. "Worst card ever made" statement is just plain ignorant. He can not support that with facts or he is just a AMD fan. I like INVIDIA , but I know they are over priced and do not offer a good value verses AMD. That is a FACTUAL statement. A good card at the wrong price is more accurate. Statement like his are just "click bate" to get someone to watch a video on Youtube.

14. The 3060 ti is not relevant compared to the 4060 or 4060 ti (8 or 16) since it uses 25 % more current.

15. As a 1st time graphics card owner. It's not a terrible card. It's just overpriced.

18. I just bought one… but for generative AI and not gaming and for that its not such a bad deal, if you look at the competetion. AMD and Intel are just too far behind the curve when it comes to generative AI support. So you have only nvidia, and vram is king in AI. You just have no "low budget" alterantives with much Vram, you could pay more for a 4070, but is only has 12gb and thats not enough, or buy a used 3090, but for me no option cause i would need a new psu

19. i came back.. just to tell this.. its the best for AI and studio editing.. i think i understand now why they made it for low budget gpu for new content creator..

20. No matter what I think of the 40 series fiasco, showcasing how the 4060ti is beat by the 3060ti in one scenario is a bit misleading, considering how 99% of the time they beat the 3070.

21. Look dude… I just want a NEW card better than my old one… I can't even play STARFIELD on my old one, so here I am building a new PC and upgraded to newer parts!
