Strange, I got the update and everything entailing the update but not Copilot?
I am very sad now. Might be due to my location, ZA might not be getting Copilot at this time just yet.
10:05 I hope I'm alive when those inexplicable loading bars and icons disappear when opening folders with images, videos, or a few hundred files. I hope I don't have to live more than 100 years for that.
Does it have to be in a side bar? AI is a tool I use all day, every day now.
Those response times will make no one want to use it. Even the slowest version of Cortana was significantly faster than that lol.
That green progress animation in the file explorer address bar at 10:10 drives me crazy in File Explorer. What is it doing? Whenever I open a new Explorer window or tab, it has to like scan the folder? What is that thing, and what is it doing?
It’s really disappointing that this is what it Copilot looks like still.
Most of Microsoft products that are releasing to the products including crappy edge are pure garbage.

have you been able to get copilot for excel? I have changed the registry etc and still no copilot 🙁
They should have kept Cortana going and gave her the AI brains she needed from the beginning

Crappy edge is nothing but a dying web browser that will disappear in the next decade. Google chrome market share is skyrocket to 63.14%. Google chrome will always be popular in many decades to come. Did you guys think that crappy edge will become popular? Huh, not in a thousand years. Crappy edge will never overtake google chrome and never will. Not Now, Not Never!!
Man I want more than anything for dark mode to get a serious UI pass. It's so poor. You frequently come across system windows that are white background, black text (the file properties window as an example). I'm running this build. I turned of the bing co-pilot thing ASAP. Just no interest personally. Very glad to have the quick access to volume mixer again. The main page in the settings app looks nice. It's nice having native support for far more compression formats including RAR and .7z That's about it so far.
How come my canary build doesn't have it? I have build: 25905
Just bloatware on top of more useless tools which will eventually disappear hopefully.

I think this is a great update, but the only problema I have is that the taskbar and explorer keep crashing, does anyone know how to fix this?

if you ignore the AI stuff, lots of stuff, i love the .rar and 7zip support, im sure people Windows Subsystem for Linux will also find .tar a handy one to have too! the sound options are also a great addon, now i can hear my friends talk while gaming!
So what i think would be cool is if windows could listen to me or see what im doing for example let’s just say that you’re calculating some thing and you accidentally forgot a number so now you just ask the copilot what was the number that I calculated last or something like that just so that can remind you that’s a small thing but helpful I’m not just saying just for calculator. It be cool if you could do it for some other things, or you’re just typing in and some chat and call pilot reads the message that I sent to you and copilot immediately proposes some answers or a playes Besa rrall the conversation was going I’m talking as you’re doing this live

Basically adding more steps than usual but would help on things that are harder to execute or find.
