  1. After I updated to this version, quite literally every game I have installed have become completely unplayable. Roblox crashes after 10-15 seconds, Minecraft bedrock is laggy, java doesn't load at all anymore. HALF LIFE. Half Life runs at a staggering 3 seconds per frame. Every source engine game runs at 5-20 fps if I'm staring at a wall.

  2. And just exactly how can Microsoft guarantee that the AI copilot in Paint isn't just stealing from various artists' work that was posted online??? I'd love to know that!

  3. This is why everyone despise windows 11, and moving to Linux. Microsoft is the past. Linux is the future. Linux is becoming more successful thanks to windows 11 failures. The windows era is ending. Microsoft is adding to much junk features and forcing everyone to use it just what they did with Bing and crappy edge that everyone are had it with windows. Their will be a mass exodus to Linux. Linux era is coming.

  4. Man, I kinda wish they retained the name Cortana instead of Copilot and then have Cortana's voice actress greet the user whenever it's activated.

Simple phrases like "Hi, good day!,"Hello, what can I help you with?", or"Good evening, do you need anything?" sounds nice to have for the average user but much more fun the Halo fan user.

  5. Changing things that already work ok just for the sake of cosmetic details I do not call update we should have by now a complete rewrite of the core system not a parts of xp windows 7 hidden still underneath a new desktop

  6. Oh joy, I’m making the grand switch back to Windows OS because, surprise, I’ve opted for a gaming laptop. As much as I adore my Mac, it’s shocking how it doesn’t cater to my gaming needs. I’m content with my iPhone and Mac, but alas, the call for a new laptop beckons – one I’ll order today, no less. How fortunate am I to stumble upon a channel that’s all about Windows updates and content? It’s not like I need to stay informed or anything, especially being visually impaired/blind. Truly a stroke of luck. Cheers indeed.

  7. Horrible update. Ever since I updated I've now been getting frametime spikes and stutters in games, and I have no way of going back now because I installed 23H2 with a bootable USB meaning there is no 22H2 to rollback to. I had zero issues with 22H2, I regret upgrading and I wish Microsoft didn't take down their ISOs for previous versions.

  8. Someone could tell me why in Paint i don't see the Co-creator button? I have installed the 23H2 version, also in the new Paint i have the Layers button, but i couldn't find why the Co-creator is not available…Thx

  9. Good to know Win 11 still sucks major balls. I've hated the flat look with basic colors and sharp edges of Windows 10 (and 8) since forever, but at least mechanically it still mostly functions like the Windows most people know and love. I even think it has the best Start Menu of any version since or prior. While I like that Windows 11 finally is bringing back the rounded edges, the gradients and 3D objects, and the glassy look of the Windows 7 heyday, it's ultimately not worth these trivial aesthetic victories if it fucks up the core experience so much. It's like Windows 8 all over again in that regard. That new File Explorer is a joke, trying to turn it into Google Chrome. It very much seems like they're trying to turn Windows into a mobile OS with Windows 11, and that's terrible.

  10. I HATE what they did to the file explorer address bar. After the update I kept clicking 'New' in the top left due to muscle memory. That file command bar needs to be shrunk down or removed. I never use it and it wastes so much space.
