Magic 5 Pro vs Mate 50 Pro – Honor vs Huawei – Camera Comparison

Can Honor finally surpass Huawei in terms of cameras. I am checking out their current flagship smartphones the Magic 5 Pro and Mate 50 Pro in terms of cameras.

Is there a clear winner?
Did Honor really improve a lot?
Is it enough for Honor to surpass Huawei?

  2. In videography Magic did do surprisingly better than M50, it is of course a newer flagship so it should be better. Pictures are pretty much similar, as they are with almost all top flagships these days, so it really comes down to your taste. Looking forward to p60 tho!
Btw I'm surprised M50 has edge detection errors, in your selfies it always messed up your right ear.

  3. slow mo 480p which mate 40 did badly.line skip Is the mate 50 better?? Why NO ONE ever even mentions slow mo??family swimming P50 recorded excellent 240p 480p would at times been amazing.WILL YOU maybe add a moment to review slow mo capabilities..PLEASE..yours is one of the very best channels

  4. In short, regardless of lighting and colors, the intense use of artificial intelligence in the rear camera of the Honor Magic 5 Pro makes the photos look a little like they were made by the app "Remini".

  5. And hopefully Honor Magic 6 series launch in 2024 carries the specs below

  6. Schade dass sich bei den heutigen Smartphones alles um die Kamera dreht! Ich vermisse die alten handlichen Geräte die man locker in der Hosentasche verstauen und bequem mit einer Hand bedienen konnte…

  7. Despite the more natural Mate, I prefer the more vivid tones of the Honor and it seems to me that in general it has more details, except at very high zoom and in very precarious light situations.

But I keep thinking… more saturated tones and excessive sharpness, so why leave out the S23u and insist on a cell phone that does the same and, being quite honest, sometimes goes beyond the Samsung? I just don't understand… the worst thing is that as far as I know, they don't pay you to be a sponsor of Chinese brands… I really don't understand… in 85% of the channels, S23u always appears, for being one of the top 3, even no big sensors, but some of the best HDR and image processing around.

Congratulations for the excellent comparison… I think it's worth having 1 frame comparing the HD modes of both… suggestion only. 😉

  8. Thanks you very mutch, very goog vidéo, Honor make a very good job ! But Honor photo seem less natural because color profil is too warm. in some cases just lowering the temperature improves the photo
