3. hey my friend what if i wanted to tell the cpu boost algorithm to reach a maximum of 5.6Ghz. I mean, not fixed overclock but a max boost you know what i mean? i come from a ryzen 5 5600x. Which is overclocked to 5.7 max boost.

4. Thanks for your videos, that’s helpful! I’m running a 13700k on a MSI Z790i with a 240 AIO wich get to 86°C max on CBR23 10min . I would like to do an undervolt to lower that a bit. My stock max Vcore under load from stock bios is arround 1,39V, isn’t it a bit high ? maybe due to some MSI conservative value ? It's in mode 9 at default I think. I don’t know a lot about manual UV and would like to keep it relatively simple, Lite Load alone would work for that or I’d need to dial other values like load line calibration or others ? I don’t want to overclock.

   Also what are all the exact stress tests do you use and for how long to check stability ? OCCT is enough? I’m looking for the maximum stability as it’s my work machine, will be used for rendering and other stuffs.

I followed your steps and reached better temperatures (95°C), but it’s still underperforming. I don’t know what to do, while doing benchmark i tono y Reach 4400mhz

9. For MSI cards, just change Model9 (DEF) in CPU Lite Load to Model 5 or 3 and test.

18. Hi, nice work with your videos! Please, do you mind to help me? I'm from Brazil and I can't control the overclock in my system with stability and i always get temperatures of 100Cº celsius. Also, i can't run the CPU in stock, it's always overclocked. Do you know what that might be or do you have a link for some guide on that? I don't have any overclock program installed (intel tuning or msi center) and in the bios it's everything in "auto" and in the default values, no cpu or XMP profile selected. I'm very concerned and where I live can't find anyone to help me with that.

    MSI Z-790 Pro DDR4
    2x16GB RAM DDR4 4133mhz
    Nvme 1tb, 7300gb/s
    Watercooler coolermaster 360mm (a good one)

21. I'm putting together a build around an i7 13700k, an RTX 4070 and a MSI Tomahawk Z790 DDR5 but instead of water cooling i'm going for air cooling (i'm in between Noctua Nh-D15 and a Peerless Assassin 120 SE)

    This is the first settings i'm goin to try to keep the temperatures at a reasonable high. Thanks!!

    btw… Do you think it will be possible to make air cooling work with a i7 13700k? i REALLY want to stick with air cooling but i fear that it wont cut it no mather what i do.

24. If you do not change the rest of the parameters and just change the CPU Lite Load to 5-6-7 mod? My configuration is 13700k+ vsi z790 pro-a. and all will be well? I don't want to overclock my cpu, thanks.

25. Hey man, after using your settings my cpu reached 97 temp..can I lower my temp? I am using z790 tomahawk ddr4. I am absolutely new to this 😅
