I don’t get why they would hold out on HW4, unless they plan on doing another upgrade for HW4 btw $3,000 – $5,000 to make up for the lower cost to get into a new project highland. 🤷🏽 Some new Model Y’s have HW4 along with newer S & X.

New Tesla shortcuts. Had to reboot my phone after upgrade for the shortcuts to up. The trunk open and close not working for me. Says it opens and says it close but doesn’t. Everything else works fine.
Ryan: You start by criticising shortcuts for Tesla app and yet then go onto praise 3rd party apps that have bought similar features for a while when they have the same potential pitfall you cried about.

Yes technically a person could use Siri to open your Tesla for instance but seeing as you are likely to be near your car and as you say have epic to drive enabled it is a non problem. I somehow doubt that a person willed a random stranger use your phone in such a way and hey Siri only works with the owner. Yes there are ways to defeat it but they are non starters in this case so STOP LOOKING FOR PROBLEMS TO B!TCH ABOUT!!

I want Alexa or google pls… to work with tesla… Would love to say Alexa warm up my car as i get out of shower knowing it will be warm in winter lol… Now i open my phone and hit the climate button but voice would be a lot nicer.
