  1. Wondering if I’m not interested in the back up coming on when I put the vehicle in reverse, but interested if I could just pull up the rear camera without being in reverse?

  2. I purchased a similar unit and there is an additional red wire branching off of the Unit side of the RCA cable for the reverse camera. The instructions make no note of this wire. Any idea?

  24. Great vid! That Velcro is pretty nifty. I used the cd mount bracket on our Prius 3, it works but it’s pretty bouncy in some situations. Thanks for making and sharing this video 🙏🏻

  30. Just got my Carpuride 2 days ago and velcro yesterday. I have the same situation that you described. The arm sticks out too far, and the unit blocks my vision if i try to stick it on the windshield or the dash. Jeep life, right?

  41. Be great to have a wireless version that is solar powered and also works with Apple CarPlay if you have that already in your car infotainment system so you don’t have to add another screen

  43. I just bought a Carpuride 10.3 for a very old jeep but WITHOUT the backup camera (on purpose). I bought separately a 360 bird view camera system, but the installation of the later is going to be messy so I wont do it on my own. I asked the Carpuride people if this setup will work and they “somehow” answered “yeah sure” but zero guarantees… Im not sure they really understand English… did u ever consider a better camera system?
