  1. Honestly if you're looking for a good deal in the 200$ – 300$ range, neither Nvidia, AMD nor Intel have any good GPUs that are worth buying as New in my opinion. The used Market might be the only place to look. A RX 6700 XT or 3060 Ti for under 300$ for example, depending on where you live of course, would a really good deal even if it is risky as used. I see no other option in that price range sadly…

  2. AMD has given up and it's pretty clear at this point. AFMF is janky as opposed to Nvidia frame gen, FSR 3 is still behind DLSS and ray tracing is still terrible on Radeon. It feels like they know they can't do anything and don't want to bother anymore. It's really sad. There is no competition anymore.

I love my radeon 6800, but man, it's behind in tech by a lot, its only advantage is the 16GB buffer

  3. This new amd and nvida gpus are actually all trols 😅😅😅 i mean what the actual hack us going on with this biggest gpu company

  4. total porqueria aunque algunos digan que no… solo por 8 gb mas pagar casi 80 dilares en un mamada… ni siquiera por ser version xt le subieron los cores ni nada… una porqueria de ber ga de parte de amd…

  5. I agree.
All of these big companies have the same goal in mind:
    To make money!
There are no "good guys" in the industry!
    Let's stop fanboy-ism!
We must buy the best products, regardless of which company is behind them!

  6. I don't mind the product much, but getting it closer to 300$ would be better for sure

Depending on bus width related issues, this card may be worth the light of day. Kind of a hot take but I really value that 16gb of VRAM a lot

  7. As a person who was obsessed with the consistent tech updates, I can say my interest in tech died after Huang's shitshow after RTX 3000s release. They ruined it all.

  8. Yea this is bad, companies are greedy no matter if it's Intel, Apple, NVIDIA or AMD, they are all going in to a similar pattern,. AMD's marketing is bad this is NOT making it better.
Nice video though thanks for passing this on I'll share it in my discord 🙂

  9. I haaaaaaate that AMD launched this thing. This should’ve been the original 7600 at 270. At least add 4 more CUs. What a shame. No way the 330 price tag sticks when that’s the same as 6700xt and that card smokes the 7600 and the overclocking of the cores is not gonna be enough to make up the difference.

  10. ..
The AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT graphics card is expected to be available beginning January 24, 2024,

from leading AMD board partners, including Acer, ASRock, ASUS, Gigabyte, PowerColor, Sapphire and XFX

  11. Well by power consumption sure, it is costly, but we still get double the Vram, which makes sense, because many games requires a loooot of vram to run it on high graphics, but the balance between the performance and Vram is kinda not there. Having 12gb version would make more sense.

7600 XT sounds more like an upgraded version of 6700 XT. So i'd buy it if I had to choose between these 2. I would get slightly better performance. The price for both of them is kinda roughly same.

  13. Nvidia not alone in their weird stuff :), hope AMD bots grow some cells for brain and start thinking that AMD is also crap and only they care about is money as well as green monopoly of Huang

  14. Amd now reduce 7600s performance, forbid all overclocking, while new Xt model will shine instead. The same was with 6600 and xt, 6600 only 10% slower on paper, but in actual games it slower than xt by 20-25%. How? By drivers

  15. What a great card! Seems it performs just a little worse than a 6700XT most of the time (first benches&comparisons) but let's see, maybe it will even match it with newer drivers. So we get more AI stuff for more moneay – that's awesome! Finally AMD users can look down at the real peasants buying Intel…who buys graphics cards not made by some sort of AI company, this is the future.

We all should, by now, stop beeing poor and be much more thankful we still may have hobbies.

  16. With the sanction imposed by America regarding the power of the 4090, it means AMD will never make a GPU as powerful as the 4090, given they delayed their entire midrange just for the Chinese market, the premature failure of RDNA 4 has been saved. It's pathetic AMD's failing.s

  17. I agree that the 7600 XT is definitely not a great value at 330. I think 300 would have made a lot more sense.

However, I strongly dislike when the memory capacity is a part of the name of a product. I actually welcome changing the naming conventions so that they're easier to say. Nvidia just did the same with the 4070 ti Super. People make fun of the name, but I think it's fine, and much better (and easier to say) than 4070 ti 16GB.

  18. need your help, im using gigabyte rx 7600 and playing avatar pandora , im so confious why it keep on crashing even on 1200v at 2900mhz,, please help,, thanks,,

  19. Boas Ancient.

  20. It's not AMD pulling an Nvidia, it's just AMD being AMD. They always start off at the wrong price and get adjusted down to where it should be a month or two later. Wait till end of Feb and revisit.

  21. Can't agree with this headline bro. It's not a good thing I agree. But amd have done this for ages. The 480 to 580. The 7970 and 7950 becoming the R9 280X and 390X respectively are two prominent examples I can think of off the top of my head and I am sure there are more.

In both cases it's because Nvidia have served a value turd sandwich and tiny generational gains in that segment that AMD can literally get away with rebranding their last gen cards as next gen cards and have them still be competitive.

Ultimately this is Nvidias doing. And the pitiable morons who buy nvidia "value" cards because they really want a 4090 but can't afford it but assume because a 4090 is "the bestest eva" that everything else in their stack is the best too at that price point.

  22. I've said it before…personally I think it would have been a better move to just retain the 6700/6750XT and 6600/6650XT for as long as it takes to burn through AMD's alleged overpurchase of TSMC's 7nm process. If they sell through before the end of the 7000 generation, refresh them in 6nm which is all the 7600 is anyway. Then you have 6675XT and 6775XT in 6nm, clocked slightly faster, easier to make cheaper than the 7600/76000XT, with proper amounts of VRAM for each.

Anyway AMD is a corporation just like Nvidia. Their first priority is to make money. The consumer's role is to make them compete, but fanboyism undermines that. Most of the problem is still Nvidia fanboyism, but you can't blindly believe AMD is the good guy. They're just usually slightly more competitive price:performance. Because they have to be. The market forces them into that role.

My primary reason for wanting AMD to have more market share parity is to minimize the degree by which Nvidia controls an out-sized advantage in terms of economies of scale (ie – they sell 5x as many cards, so they can afford 5x as many people, so AMD is always on their heels in terms of product development resources). Wipe out Nvidia fanboyism. Get people to simply buy the best product for the money. That's when corporations compete the hardest, prices are the most competitive, and products advance the fastest.

Fanboyism promotes complacency. Intel was perfectly happy wasting all our time with quad cores until AMD managed to cross the tipping point with Ryzen. Buyers have to be open-minded enough to purchase them when and where they're competitive. AMD still had to overcome a lot of Intel fanboyism along the way, but enough gamers were flexible enough for Ryzen to thrive and now the CPU market is storming with progress. That's what's missing in the GPU market.

  23. I think too many people (who dont understand more memory doesnt always equal more performance) complained about 8gb vram cards making nvidia and amd realise they can sell different "skews" by simply dropping more memory on there.

  24. AMD must give 25-50% more for less money to prove themselves.. that's their position right now, they gamble in last decade loosing so much consumers and they never learn it.. i blame AMD for this, not nVidia.. Skip a year.. two.. but come out with beast cards.. reliable.. yes put higher prices.. people will buy it if is good product.. Releasing cheap trash copy/paste cards is just flooding the market and piss off people. They have different markets.. yes in US/China market maybe you will have biggest profit.. but in other markets you will be at 0 in worst case.. but this is how you buy your consumers.. Also i still believe everyone of us will pay more money for good thing, people will save it but they know it's a good thing.. not this recycle trash which will serve maybe year or two lol.
