Epoxy paint is the preferred coating system for stainless steel. It requires additional preparation and care over that of water based and oil based paints, however they are extremely tough and durable, and if applies correctly have excellent paint adhesion.
The ugliest looking vehicle ever, you'd need to be blind and very stupid to buy a car that looks like a 5 year old designed it. If that were to hit a pedestrian or worse a kid they'd stand no chance of survival. The more I look at it the more I think this has to be some sort of joke or even an IQ test.
