1. You can also go for Ryzen 7 7700 and 4060 super but it will increase budget to 1.38 . But it is worth it.

3. Some amateur mistakes in the build: buying two separate RAM sticks instead of one combo pair, pairs are fabricated from single chip so are better compatible than two separately bought chips.
   For gaming and light video audio editing you don't need 7600x, R5 7600 is enough; it has nearly half the dissipation and can cool easily with a slimmer AK400 cooler. You won't need 7600x especially when pairing with rx 6700xt, 6700xt will cause bottlenecks with more powerful 7600x in some games. Unless using all PCIe slots, you won't need B650, go for B650M smaller form factor. This will save quite a few thousand Rupees.
