  1. Intel and AMD are the producers of the so-called Von-Neumann architecture such as x86, x86-64, x64 and amd64. ARM and the other RISC machines or plattforms – e.g. RISC-V – are computers or machines with the so-called Harvard architecture.

  2. Yes, why are we talking about it in server context? 2:40 mark should be the end of the video since answer is simple $Money. With better thermal performance and equivalent performance, you get more bang for your bucks and because Apple proved it can beat Intel with ARM chip.
