3. This is very helpful!! When you complete the Reinstall process, can you check to see if the OS is able to be upgraded? Just before you started the Reinstall process, the Utility was selected. When you chose the top (left hand list) HD (?) to be Erased, that erases ALL info, data, files, & the OS, etc, from the HDD / SSD? Thank you 🤓

17. Im trying to set up my mac from a factory reset, and i keep getting the spinning wheel when i try to do the “select country” “select keyboard” selet wifi and all that. It keeps freezing and i reset and start over, get a couple steps in and it freezes again, spinning wheel forever cant do anything. Any tips or advice? Thankyou!
