  1. This is very helpful!! When you complete the Reinstall process, can you check to see if the OS is able to be upgraded? Just before you started the Reinstall process, the Utility was selected. When you chose the top (left hand list) HD (?) to be Erased, that erases ALL info, data, files, & the OS, etc, from the HDD / SSD? Thank you 🤓

  3. I did this yesterday and so far cant see my desktop, files ANYTHING! My imac worked great an all i wanted was to rest to sell and now nothing… After pressing "Continue" …. (The recovery server could not be contacted) Nothing more I can do or happens!

  5. So if the MacBook has a password because you bought it from someone and they didn’t provide the password erasing the disk and doing all the steps in the video will unlock it correct ?

  6. Im trying to set up my mac from a factory reset, and i keep getting the spinning wheel when i try to do the “select country” “select keyboard” selet wifi and all that. It keeps freezing and i reset and start over, get a couple steps in and it freezes again, spinning wheel forever cant do anything. Any tips or advice? Thankyou!
