Hopefully this works on Mac OS 10.7.5 I can't upgrade my macbook from that version and I finally have a midi for the Mammoth Car theme from Speed Racer that I've been dying to practice with!

FOR ALL THOSE WHO DONT HAVE SOUND
go to synthesia settings
select music devices from left
click Built in MIDI Synthesizer
under "Use this device for" select enabled for all the options
it is working but there is no sound at the application so i can t hear anything
