The troubleshooting section first shows how to make sure that the battery is less than 90%, connect it to the charger, quit all open applications, sleep and charge for at least 8 hours. If the latest operating system is installed, MacBook Pro will not shut down unexpectedly. If you continue to shut down, you can contact support for assistance.
