All this after me using iOS15 for more than 2 weeks.
Apple released iOS 15 Public Beta 2 which is parallel to the iOS 15 Developer Beta 2 with some more refinements, features and bug fixes.

How to install iOS 15 Beta on your iPhone :
Step 1 : Visit Apple’s beta software site on your iPhone and sign up or sign in using your Apple account.
Step 2 :Sign up by selecting “enroll your devices” and agree to Apple’s terms.
Step 3 : Choose the iOS option
Step 4 : Tap the “Download profile” button
Step 5 : Open iPhone Settings, tap on the profile and click install
Step 6 : Your phone will now reboot
Step 7 : Go to Settings , General , Software Update , Download and Install
