1. My Tesla dealership said that there will be a special version of the new Y for Taxi's

2. According to other sources, the MY will have a different design, different from the sibling M3 just to not take clients from each other. Even the hardware and software speciations will be much different. So people will not find themselves choosing one or another. Regards!!

3. I have a Company car, and I hope I can get the current MYP. Because I think the new “Performance” (plaid) models is going to be tooo expensive.

   The only way a current model Y looks nice is if has the Performance details, as the spoilers etc etc

4. Would love to see suspension improvements to model Y . To me it rides a bit rough, you feel speed bumps pot holes etcher more than you should . IMO the initial spring rates are too stiff slightly softer rates , maybe progressive wound springs would be better . Possibly 20 -30 more suspension travel with stiffer sway bars would eliminate body roll of softer suspension . Slightly higher profile tyres would allow the tires to absorb more of the road irregularity that we face in Australia . Better noise suppression like the new Model3 would also help , along with better colours . Tesla colour choices are pretty bad , a metallic red like certain Mazda s , a better silver , say a lighter Blue colour like ford had at one stage , A cannery Yellow limited edition performance model could look great like a Holden Monaro . Of coarse a 15% bigger battery pack would always help .

5. I think the new Model Y looks a LOT better. I was not a huge fan of the looks of the old Model Y (I think the Model 3 looked better and the old Model Y just looked like a "bloated" Model 3 to me) but I now like the design. Also it seems likely that the range of the new Model Y RWD will be at least that of the old Model 3 RWD. If I was looking at replacing my 2022 Model 3 (which I'm not currently), I would now seriously consider the Model Y.

8. I personally think the Highland M3 refresh looks amazing and will be ordering one to replace our very much loved 2018 M3. The changes (external and inside) are beautiful and worthwhile IMHO.

9. The Juniper Refresh definitely looks better to me, based on these concept images. But I’m sure there will be all kinds of structural and feature improvements that will be the real attraction for me.

17. I totally agree the new M3 and hopefully MY changes, in my opinion are way better looking then the current models.

19. I will finally buy the updated ModelY. I'm a big Tesla investor and bought stock instead of cars. But it's time for a new car. I had a charger installed waiting for it.

22. Sam, the 'duck bill' front of the original Model 3 was out of balance for my eye, particularly as it was always a handsome car. Now it has the polished looks to go with the high tech performance.

23. The Highland refresh of the 3 is EXCELLENT . It has given it a well deserved second life. Long live the Model 3

24. My biggest complaint when the Model Y was released was the small battery pack.Tesla said they made a small battery pack due to the constraint on batteries. Well if that constraint no longer exists I hope that Juniper gets a significant upgrade. I understand weight and price go up. But they could offer a 400 mile long range Model Y if they chose to do it. If we are really going to get to all EV’s in the next twenty years cars need to be able to go further in cold and rural climates.

25. I love the new Model 3 Highland I think it looks more sportier and very classy especially the new interior.

26. Mmm.. seriously doubt it'll be by the end of the year. I agree it'll have the same visual changes as the 3.. but I also think they will space it out till mid next year, to spur the model 3 highland sales for awhile.

    Definitely not a 'huge, huge upgrade'. Definitely a significant, but moderate at best, upgrade.

27. The model y needs to improve the suspension to make it quieter and smoother ride!

28. Crossing my fingers for a lighter weight Model 3 Performance with 2 Plaid motors, coming in around 2.5 sec 0-60mph times, and leaving a little room at the top for Model 3 Plaid with 3 motors to still be the King.

29. I think the point of the M3 upgrade was to make the car cheaper not more expensive. There are some things that are better about the M3, but there are some fundamental changes that have not been made. Still no HUD. No hatchback, which is far more practical. People are saying it would conflict with the Y. No it wouldn't. The Y is an SUV. The M3 would be a small hatch.
    Someday Tesla will learn.

30. We have 2021 & 2023 Y. We love them both so much we will keep them when in the past we would upgrade our ICE cars… Toyotas. Teslas are such an upgrade vs ICE plus they get better with updates. I’m still amazed. We don’t like our Teslas We LOVE them. We say let’s take my “Blue Ferrari” or wife’s “White Lambo”.🚦 🚙 🏁 😁

32. The exterior redesign is nice but nothing I'd pay for much less trade in my model 3. The reduced interior noise and wind noise along with suspension improvements certainly make me think about it. The ventilated seats are something I gave up in my previous car when I moved to the model 3. I miss those seats on hot summer days. As for the model Y- unless it starts handling like a model 3 I'm not interested. Lots of room in the M3 rear trunk.

37. Wish the new version had powered frunks and they didn’t do the Honda Civic crab claw rear lights, but def a lot of huge improvements.

39. They need to hurry on the new Y. Lots of us won’t buy a Y now knowing what’s coming. Even with reduced US tax incentives I’m waiting. Ventilated seats are a must have. Everything else is a plus.
    Front bumper redesign will do better in car washes.

42. GF Texas has stopped production. Could they be upgrading the lines for Juniper???

43. How do you activate Autopilot?
    How do you activate auto cruise or auto lane keeping now with no stalks?

44. The fog lamps are gone, and can be problematic in bad weather.

45. My biggest concern is that I won't be able to get a performance version on the new model Y. I am eagerly awaiting any comment on that.
