4. I think the Cybertruck is great, except for one thing: the range. Don't promise 500+ miles unless you first know you can deliver that much.

I wonder how many customers are going to opt out because of pricing……i have a deposit for a dual motor but i am not paying $80k for it, it is almost double the original price…no thanks!!…..are you kidding me?..if the incentives and other pricing factors bring the CT to around $60 then i will consider, otherwise this is one lost customer……

Totally Disappointed with the range. especially what was announced and what is delivered yrs later. not even close. and almost double the price with the battery pack with less storage on top of price increase. Regrets incoming from ppl who buys it. forget abt towing anything with that kinda range.

16. Pulling a pulling sled is nothing like pulling a regular trailer. That demo was stupid. , lets pull it for r few hundred miles instead of 300 feet. Just more Elon smoke and mirrors just like the 500 mile semi trip thats has been proven to be fake as it could be.

19. Unless you're getting the CYBERBEAST variant for almost $100k, you're buying a piece of junk. $61k gets you a slow donkey that gets you at max 250 estimated miles. Real world driving doesn't net you those estimations. My MYLR doesn't get anywhere near that 330 estimated miles. Cybertruck base model RWD may barely beat a Honda civic or Toyota corolla in a drag race. Already cancelled the pre-order. I rather have that $100 back since I know for a fact I won't be getting it unless the price either comes down to what it's really worth or the specs gets boosted to justify that $61k price tag.

21. I would love to have seen a 500 Mi range single motor for under $75,000 after taxes licensing and fees. I will still get my cybertruck but it looks like it's going to be the 250 Mi range $69900 truck one motor

22. Welp, That sucks. . .

    EVs been going down in price, but here is Cyber truck, up in price 40-60% higher in price than expected. While the total power and speed are better than original announcement. . . everything else is not as good. When I saw Sawyer Merrit not celebrating the reveal, but actually in all out defense mode yesterday on Twitter, I assumed things went poorly. . . But this does not inspire confidence.

    Do you know if this truck is powered by 4680 or 2170?

    This is the thing we are missing here. The killer Cybertruck is the one that ditches the Delorean tech for something more modern and reasonable.

31. I think we can be excited and disappointed at the same time on the specs. But trying to pack all of your wish list into the truck was ambitious for Elon. He should preface his expectations with jargon like…we hope to have or we're striving to have. We're striving for the vehicle to get X amount of range. People think that what he says will be in a vehicle is tantamount to an actual "promise" and realistically that is a childish take on what someone says..unless they're actually promising something.

    As far as the price I don't think we should be surprised by the increase. In fact, all of the other EV truck makers have raised their prices for a multitude of reasons. Obviously the biggest one is prior to the pandemic and this global financial crisis we're facing it was unreasonable to offer EV trucks at the prices they were but now we're find ourselves in a situation where those numbers are unsustainable and anyone mad at the fact that these prices had to be raised is bein unrealistic and don't understand economics.

38. Ive been less and less interested in tesla over the years. With the cybertruck official release, im 100 percent fully checked out of tesla. Refunding my reserve order payment for sure. Let some other idiot pay musk for his twitter failure. Sorry, 'X' XD

39. Two big questions about this truck: Will the optional battery pack increase acceleration? And will they be capped at one, or are multiples possible? I'm imaging a CT with three added battery packs and 0-60 time sub 2 seconds??? Is this possible?
